We are committed to pricing transparency. There are no hidden fees beyond what is shown in your estimate. Any changes will be communicated before service begins.
A reservation fee is required to secure your booking slot. This fee is:
Accepted payment methods: GCash and Bank Transfer. Payment details are sent after we confirm your booking via Messenger. We do not collect payment information through our website.
The balance is paid on the day of service — cash or digital, your choice.
Free cancellation or rescheduling: Allowed with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled service.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered for verified medical emergencies, severe weather conditions, or urgent unforeseen circumstances — reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The reservation fee is forfeited. If our cleaner is dispatched and unable to proceed due to no access, incorrect address, or client unavailability, this is treated as a late cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service under the following conditions:
