Move In / Move Out

For the safety of our crew and the integrity of your clean, we do not service properties where active third-party work, ongoing renovation, or construction is taking place at the same time. We'd love to help once the space is ready — please rebook when all other on-site work is complete.
Building / Gate Pass & Noise Restrictions
If your property requires a visitor or contractor pass, please arrange this before our visit. Some buildings only allow contractors until 5–6 PM — confirm with property management in advance.

Free Cancellation or Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled service with no charge.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will forfeit the reservation fee already paid. No refund will be issued.
Exceptions
Fees may be waived for verified medical emergencies, severe weather conditions, or unexpected urgent situations — reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Why this policy exists: When a booking is confirmed, we reserve that time specifically for you and assign a cleaning professional. Last-minute changes affect schedules, cleaner income stability, and other clients waiting for availability.
Same-Day Booking Policy

Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team before being considered final. A 50% reservation fee is required upon confirmation. Once confirmed and the team has been assigned, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
If the cleaner is already dispatched or on the way, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred schedule and cleaner availability.

Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show
If a booking is cancelled on the day of service, or if our team is unable to proceed due to: no access to the property, incorrect address, client unavailability, or no-show — the reservation fee is non-refundable.
50% Reservation Fee
A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your reservation. This applies for same-day, weekend, and holiday bookings, as well as properties 60 sqm and above.
Large Spaces (60+ sqm)

An additional cleaner will be automatically assigned at no extra charge for spaces 60 sqm and above, to ensure quality and efficiency. This may affect scheduling and we'll confirm details upon booking.
