This calculator is for pricing transparency only.
It does not confirm a reservation. Booking is confirmed only after the reservation fee has been received and confirmed.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled cleaning.
Free Cancellation or Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled service with no charge.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will forfeit the reservation fee already paid. No refund will be issued.
Exceptions Fees may be waived for verified medical emergencies, severe weather conditions, or unexpected urgent situations — reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Why this policy exists: When a booking is confirmed, we reserve that time specifically for you and assign a cleaning professional. Last-minute changes affect schedules, cleaner income stability, and other clients waiting for availability.

Same-Day Bookings Same-day bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team before being considered final. A 50% reservation fee is required upon confirmation. Once confirmed and the team has been assigned, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

If the cleaner is already dispatched or on the way, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred schedule and cleaner availability.
Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show If a booking is cancelled on the day of service, or if our team is unable to proceed due to: no access to the property, incorrect address, client unavailability, or no-show — the reservation fee is non-refundable.
50% Reservation Fee A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your reservation. This applies for same-day, weekend, and holiday bookings, as well as properties above 45 sqm.
An additional cleaner will be automatically assigned at no extra charge for spaces above 60 sqm, to ensure quality and efficiency. This may affect scheduling and we'll confirm details upon booking.

Separately, for spaces above 45 sqm: A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your reservation. This also applies for weekend, same-day, and holiday bookings.
The reservation fee secures your slot. For standard bookings: reservation fee = whichever is higher between 30% of your total estimate or the transport fee. For same-day, weekend, holiday, or above 45 sqm bookings: 50% of the total estimate is required.

Accepted: GCash · Bank Transfer. Payment details are sent after we confirm your booking via Messenger.
We do not service properties where active third-party workers, ongoing renovation, or construction is taking place. Please rebook once the space is ready for cleaning.
